HORSE ACCOMMODATIONS
The NEIGH-BORS barn was built in 1999 with four 12x12 stalls. Two of the stalls can be combined to make one stall 12x24. The inside is tongue and groove, making for a very attractive finish. (The horses don't usually care about this, but it looks nice). The barn has a tack room and a WC (a barn bathroom, which has no bath, but it does have a toilet).
The four stalls open up into a 60' x 70' corral. A second corral has 2 outdoor stalls. Beyond the corral are two fields, about an acre each, one with an arena.
Fencing all around is the Oklahoma Joe Roberts steel pipe fencing, 20' panels with six rails.
Care has been taken for the safety and comfort of your horse. If your horse feels safe and comfortable, we do too.
Corral, and field rates are $25/night and Stalls are $30/night. They include your choice of grass or alfalfa/grass hay. You may choose to feed your own hay. The rate is the same your own living quarters are $25 and include, water, electric, a WC, and manure removal. Guests are highly encouraged to stay on-site and tend to their horses.
All horses must have a Health Certificate or proof of current vaccines.
Your well-behaved and housebroken dogs and cats are welcome.
